If you are talking about the xbox 360 waranty stickers then the old silver one's where easy to take off without damaging them by heating them with a hairdryer, Microsoft realised so they put new ones on if you send a console in for repair then it will come back with the new stickers or if you buy a console with a 2009 or above mfr date you will get the new ones. Hope this helps.

It depends whats the mfr date on the one with the white sticker? and if it has been repaired there would be a pink/purple square inside the grey box.
