Just abit of fun as me an my mates were chatting about past an present games an consoles and what we loved, dam it brought back memorys, Mine is prob rastan on the master system/street fighter 2 snes and gotta be Gears of War as my all time Fav,

I should definitely rep you for Outrun, that's a great version.
Personally my favourite console is the Snes, still playing it over 15 years later.

If pushed for a top three I would take Super Mario Kart, Goldeneye and Half-Life 2 (PC) (in that order).
FF VII was pushed out by Half-Life 2.

Altered Beast I liked, not golden axe though as there were too many games that used exactly the same format/gameplay.

Really retro stuff... Rainbow Islands, Bubble Bobble, Bombjack, R-Type (the original sidescroller, not the manky 3D update), Silkworm, St Dragon, Wonderboy, Midnight Resistance......

phantasy star online on the Dreamcast. most under-rated console of all time. internet gaming 2 years before anything else and it was properly implemented unlike the ****** PS2 online gaming. it was like xbox live, but 8 years ago. those were the days

For god's sake, how many people need to be told....it was always (and still is ) Alex Kidd, there was NEVER a "the" in between his 1st and last name.
Right, rant over, back on topic.
My fave game might have to be Chrono Trigger on the Super Nes, fantastic RPG that unfortunately never got a European release :(

Yeah, there was something magical about it, I wasnt keen on the other point and click games (DOTT, S&M etc)
