FRYS 5 CENTRES
Mathematically fascinating (not to mention a mite confusing) in that they had 5 centres (Orange, lemon, lime, raspberry and . . . erm . . . another one) but 7 segments per bar.

You could work out which segments would have 2 flavours in and which wouldn't (if you were very sad), and it was always a bit annoying if a flavour you liked got mixed with one you didn't. Fry's Five Centres was discontinued in 1992.

Well if there was any doubt that you were stealing Darkie's strategy, there isn't now. :)

Secret went, that was sad.

Today though I love Cadbury Boost but it has to be the Yorkie Raisin and Biscuit!

Anyone remember this one from the 80s? I think they had to change the name for some reason.

A simple unsullied Dairy Milk bar for the Mrs, but it has to be a Double Decker for this soldier. Truly the King of Chocolate Bars. Honorary mentions for the Boost, Starbar and Picnic Bars.

I couldn't recall this bar, so did a quick search. Turns out there is a Chocolate review site.To quote 'Oldspice' who was trying to resolve an office dispute back in 2007;

"As far as I remember, Nudge was a chewy fudge sausage with a thick layer of nuts clinging to it."

That takes me back. The perils of cheap toilet paper were a horrible reality for most young students. :(

Plain Dark Chocolate from Lidl, it's divine!

Cadbury's Big Taste Triple Choc Sensation is my favourite for sheer indulgence.

Honorary mentions for Wispa golds, Kinder Buenos and Reece's Peanut Butter Cups (although I didn't feel like they counted as a bar).

which product as they sell quite a few dark choc bars?

their white chocolate bars are exactly the same as milky bars but about a fifth of the price (32p for 100g). Their choc'n'nuts are the same as snickers but 8 bars for 80p. Same with their caramel biscuits being the same as twix. Try them. Saves me a fortune over the year :)

I remember a chokito bar. Fudgy caramel with crispy coating and covered with chocolate. Loved the five centres bar and still love raspberry ruffles.
