When is something classed as hot?

Hi, quite new to posting things I find online onto this site so don't really know how the 'hot' thing works. Something I posted yesterday is now at 181 degrees but not classed as 'made hot' yet others on the 'hot' pages have less heat.

Can somebody please explain why this would be, don't want the deal to be missed by others who don't search pages and pages of 'new' adds.

Thank you

As soon as it gets over 100 degrees it is classed as hot.

Could be a bug.

Thank you, I thought that was possibly the case (100 = hot), strange!

Oh thank you. When I look at it it just shows when the deal was posted (22 hours ago), maybe it is showing this to me as I am the one who posted it.

So long as people won't miss it, I'm happy :)
