Hi, I hope someone will be able to help.
I've stayed at a London Hotel ( very near to Gloucester tube)last week. The hotel was 4 star but if you ask me I wouldnt give them even 2 stars. The bed wasnt a proper bed, it was a fold up bed and the duvet cover and bed sheet was stained and was torn. Between next room and my room there was a partician wall made from wood. And I could hear next doors tv and him talking on the phone as he was sitting next to me.
The room was smelt of damp. I called the reception but no one was there. Bar tender answered the phone and came to the room and he was also suprised to see the state of the room. There was no manager, no one to speak to and we coulndt asked our money back because we got the hotel from the airport and paid in cash but we do have an invoice. I've taking photos of the room so I can prove whatever I said above.
Now, I want to complain so called 4 start hotel but I dont know where to send my complain letter.
If any of you can help that would be great.
