Where can i buy toy guns from?

In this day and age it's not the in thing for toy shops to sell guns but when i was a nipper it's what we played with the most and my son loves playing armies like i did (and still do errr joking there like!). I know its not the best thing for him but he just loves to blow me up with toy hand grenades!

So after scouring the net to try and find him some toy guns ive come up with zilch! found a few stupid multi coloured ones but im after the good ol' military looking type and was hoping you peeps on here could point me in the right direction!

I expect a good telling off from this i suppose ;D

Connor got some decent guns from Disneyland Paris,1 mo I look and see what brand they are.
They take shot caps,he got like a rifle and a small hand held one, sort of pistol.

in this day and age of political correctness and the likes you probably have more chance by popping to your nearest barracks and getting decommissioned weaponry...

Its ridiculous you can't get them anymore

Yeah i know it's crazy!

Buy him a bb gun and let him shoot the birds in the garden ;)

He'll learn basic skills such as hand to eye coordination, stealthness etc........

My partner says it's quite realistic,it's got no orange or red tip on the end lol.

Brand is Gonher, they made in Spain,do carry the CE mark,Connor as a smaller pistol like it.

I got these from Frontierland in Disney Paris, but will look online see if you can buy 1.

If no luck, try Pirates of Carribean rangemConnor as a gun from 1 their ranges, doesn't look too bad and takes batteries.

I liked the M16 looking ones with the little red window, when you pulled the trigger it made a rattling sound and sparks lit up the red window, they were wicked.
#12
Can't find them anywhere to buy here online :(

But thats the range you want to be looking for cos they do all various types and they good and last ages.Or settle for a Pirates of Carribean one, should be able to get in Woolworths or any toys shops that selling old ranges.

Our Toys R Us sell loads. But remember not to let him near an airport !! My cousin was going on holiday with her little boy and at the counter he pulled out a really real looking water gun and "shot" the woman behind the desk. Luckily she had a sense of humour and was ok with being slightly soggy, but the gun was a no go and not allowed with them.

Local pound shops usually do stuff like toy guns and stuff. A girl from work wanted some for a hen party and couldn't find them anywhere but in the cheap pound shops. Might be worth a look or maybe try a market somewhere.
#25
Thx for the links!

Yeah the local pound shops have them in sometimes but they break so easily with them being cheap! They are still close to what i had when i was a kid though instead of these silly coloured space looking guns.

Yeah tried on Amazon, thx to all though for taking the time out to help me, really apreciated !!!!

Actually real ak-47s can be picked up for $20 in Africa, I'd love to buy one and get it deactivated.

We got some kind of gun,and it takes these tiny coloured pellets,I'm not sure what it is actually cos I've never really looked at it.

You can get soft air BB guns quite cheap now.... really realistic and in a few years your kid can get the plastic pellets and have homemade, messless, cheap paintball!

Thats what I used to do
