It was confiscated for a reason, school might say to u its an expensive lesson learnt follow the rules and don't bring that equipment in

It's the schools responsibiltity. They should have told him to put it away.

It's an expensive lesson for them.

you would think the teachers but be aware if it was taken into school then it should never have been there in the first place. The teacher will say it has been taken back without her knowledge and there is nothing they can do if its been lost since.

I dont think so. If that happens small claims it is. So you are saying a teacher could get away with 'theft'?

if the teacher took ipod off your child then he or she would be responsible for that item while it was in there hands so therefore the teacher/or school would have too either replace/buy a new one for your child as it was the teachers thought for loosing it......and in this day and age kids will take there ipods,ds lites into school for breaktimes etc ..........teachers blame for this one.....

she prolly took it home for herself u know how underpaid teachers are
