Where have all the 52" TV's gone?

Been looking at the current TV market. Always wanted a 52" when the time came.
Ideal TV, 52" FreeviewHD and Freesat enabled.
Nearest are 50" plasmas, dominated by Panasonic, (just had a 2 week trail of the 50G, but was not fully satified by the results).
Seems that 55" is the nearest LCD, but these are far and few between.
Anyone know why 52" have been dropped by almost all manufacterers?

Feedback is for HUKD issues only
the txp50v20b is the better panel compaired to the 50g20b , but the new panasonic range will be released in april including txp50g30b so i would hold off and see what they come out with .
Thanks for the feedback.
I had several reservations with the Panny 50G20B.
1. The whites were not brilliant, lacks brightness, more of a dull grey when displaying a 'white' screen.
2. The audio was of a lesser quality, lacks bass and top end, adjusting the bass, easily bottomed the speakers.
3. Black screens (when loading Blu Ray) displayed coloured 'snow', not noticeable when viewed at a distance.
4. Motion blurr, noticed on people/objects moving across the screen right to left, SD or HD, leaves a trace shimmering shadow.
I don't know if the above was just with this TV or is general issue.
Shame otherwise, could of been a cracker of a set.
