Try Austin Reed as they have recently had some decent quality clearance shirts for between £8-15.
Also M&M direct are good.

Asda had some nice looking ones in packs.3 long sleeved shirts for about £9 I think.
Also Matalan do a range of good quality ones.My husband is really fussy about his work shirts but he rates them.

TM Lewin are great shirts but can be on the pricey side if going by your post. Take a look at Primark shirts, some of their offerings are actually quite good. They even have some decent ones with cufflink holes and decent sized collars and some designs come without pockets if you like your shirts like that. Sometimes Asda and Tesco shirts have just that little too long a collar tip where you can look like a 70's disco dancer.

Tesco - 100% cotton lux range, £10/£15 each, they are very high quality and last as long as the ones I have got from Next, M&S, etc..
