Where to get bigger wrist strap for new watch

I got a new watch but the strap is just to tight. Went to the usual shop like HS and asked about a bigger strap but they all (Mainstream shops) have straps that are only about 0.5cm bigger than the 1 the watch came with.

is there any shops or online outlets I can contact with to ask about getting a bigger strap?

Thx and Rep left

my dad had huge wrists, yes he was like popeye! his old watches go most of the way over my bicep!.

there were two choices:

expanding metal type bracelets and the segmented metal ones, and could pay (on a pricey watch) to have some extra metal segments added in

some of the velro straps are over long or i suppose you could pay a leather upholster to make you a longer strap too (why do you have such large wrists?)

he had a couple of seiko watches, bought from a jeweller (not argos or similar) with the metal segment straps, and the jeweller could supply and fit extra segments (they are linked with rods) to make the right size

similar to that, the ones i remember

also, metal expanding straps had enough leeway to fit him, like this:
(the site mentions adding links for larger sizes)

(my dad was also a machine operator, and a powerful bloke in his time, I wouldnt have messed with him or you! )
