My OH and I are wanting to go away for a few days at the start of June for our anniversary, but no clue where to go...we've always gone to a friends caravan in Skegness before but are sooooo ready for a change (we only kept going because it was cheap lol).

Looking to do self catering, so probably a caravan or cottage...and needs to be either East coast, North Wales or North West coast.

Any suggestions? :)

I'd love to, but other half doesn't have a passport/hates flying/won't go abroad despite my protestations that if he really loved me he would etc lol

So no, unfortunately gotta be UK only.

Though assuming that doesn't work out....tell me more about Whitby, I always assumed it was just a little sleepy fishing village, but quite a few people have recommended it...
