Just looking for it to use in a HTPC no high end gaming at all.
Going in a Dell with it's poxy 300W PSU so think 3450 but relative price of a 4350 (and HDMI out) keeps pulling me in.
Any help from the tech set.

If I were you, I'd go for the 4350. It's the closest to being future proof

Are you wanting to use yor htpc for blue ray?

Is noise your primary issue?

Primarily for X264/H264, but some Blu Ray (and HD-DVD if/when the Toshiba dies)
Noise is a major factor but would choose the passive (fanless) card of either.
