Which mobile providers can I set a maximum usage limit with? Three?

  You can set a cap with 3 network, I am with them myself. Talkmobile you can set a cap but it's a minimum of £10. You can't cap on Orange.

  I'm with Three, and we call it a credit lock. But, yeah, it's great. It's nice to not have to worry anymore about phone bills, or scam text subscriptions.

  Have a look at Ikea's FamilyMobile Pay As You Go service, it looks quite good. linky

  checkout ovivo mobile you dont put a cap on it, just get it for £5 initial payment then they keep replenishing the allowances every month, 200 cross network mins
  200 texts 512mb internet,
  if she uses up the £5 initial credit you dont top up, the allowances start automatically on the anniversary date of when you registered the sim,
  just got this for my kids, i think its a better deal for kids than any other pay as you go or contract deals as you are only paying one off fee of £5,
  thats it... no more topping up...
