LOL! Good one! although you did forget the whole Italian team :p

Sneijder (or however you spell it) has been pretty good, along with most of the german team

They have been good. Schweinsteiger has been solid (but would he ever played in the that position if Michael Ballack was fit?!). Özil overall has been excellent but lacked a little a couple of games.

Javier Hernandez had a bright World Cup.

Forlan

The best striker at the World Cup by a distance. Whilst Villa has scored the same, Forlan has been incredible.

Iniesta - one of the all time greats

looks very promising - a good buy for Man Utd. Or will he be another Forlan.

I hope not. Or if so we should send him out on loan for 4 years and then wait until he gets world class!!

Whether Schweinsteiger was supposed to be in that position or not, to me he seemed to be continually stopping to opposition attacks before they started and making chance after chance for Germany.

Ozil did so many clever things and seemed to be out thinking players before he beat them with some skillful play.

Otherwise for me it's Diego Forlan, Keisuke Honda, Philip Lahm and Bastian Schweinsteiger have stood out.

Torres, Rooney and Messi were disappointing though.

Fabio Coentrao the portuguese left back had a brilliant tournament and apparently real Madrid and ManUtd fancy signing him, he's only 22 aswell so it looks like he could have a promising career.

Llam did a superb job of captaining Germany to the world cup semis and 3rd place also.
