I've ate rubbish all day! Wondering what to have for tea. Not religious, but not a meat eater anyway, so what you lot had?

Its a traditional thing. Just a mark of respect. Nothing superstitious about it, and not the end of the world. I dont mind fasting because I feel its important that I can set 1 day out of 365 aside for my beliefs. :)

starsparkle2311
I don't get it myself, religion/superstition, they all roll into one:p

*Yawn*

How intelligent. Now, how about you go sit in the corner and congratulate yourself.

*yawn* yourself, why is it a mark of respect, I have already stated I am not religious, why does that make me unintelligent, in your high-browed eyes? I respect your views, sorry if I offended you, but no need for sarcasm from you either, whatever your beliefs

starsparkle2311
No reply yet? says it all:roll:

You expect an answer before even an hour has elapsed. :?

0_o I was not commenting on your religious beliefs rather your provacative statement where you professed you could not tell the difference between religion and susperstition.

You not being religious does not bother me in the slightest and I would not be sarcastic merely because of this fact.

thanx, an hour has passed? really? I need fulfilment and enlightenment, help me Father please.

and you accused me of being sarcastic when I said I wasnt. And yet you provide sarcastic comments.

My opinion on you has lowered.

I'm not particularly religious but we had hotcross buns for brekkie (although I don't like them) and smoked cod (yellow fish, I called it as a kid) for dinner tonight which was yum:-D
#35
I think it must be a catholic thing. They seem to eat fish on religious days in France.
Anyway not a bad idea to have brain food every so often.
