lol, i used to body pump everyday at one point, then my knee started hurting a lot and the doc said i had a loose patella so i had to cut down to 4 times a week, twas the clean n press that always killed me! body attack is fun also, not a fan of body combat, i though tit would more like martial arts but its just so confusing and not good for my dyslexia. im thinking of joining my old gym again, but its just far, my current gym is rubbbish cant even call it a gym! no classes nothing just a room with machines :x

Do combat twice a week, have done for 3 years! Done pump a few times but its too easy. :)

They change it every 3 months or so. And yes, the new stuff is hard!

body pump is never easy, if you finding it easy you just have to increase the weights you use, for example on my 1st day i started using 7 and half kg on each side and after 2 months i was using 13 and half kg on each side of the bar, once it gets easy for you all you have to do is increase your weights  , i havent done it in 4 months so im thinking i'll only be able to do 10kg on each side for the 1st few weeks till my body gets used to it again

I prefer higher weights/lower reps.
