bought a load on ebay and am trying to establish what one set is..it has grey walls castle style stone brick finish mostly curved pieces so makes turrets-has some smaller pieces and a piece which has a hole as in explosion has happened lol
Its got like cave pieces on the edges of the walls and spider windows...

oh and it doesnt fasten together with x fixes it has slits and the pieces slot together.

Hi,
it sounds like the wizards castle, my sons had it, they actually sold it for quite a bit a couple of years ago too!

They look like part of a bigger castle they had, 10 years ago easily, it came in several sets and was with knights etc, the explosion wall had two pieces that clipped into it.

From what I remember you could make it up different ways, as it took so many sets to make the complete castle, so you just have to have enough of the corner strips to connect them, that tower at the top had a ladder that went up to the brown flat peice that drops down..i remember it well forever trying to help them put it all together!

I think the part you have is this part http://www.collectobil.com/catalogue/catalogue.html ( part 3888 defenders castle)

Lol, unfortunately not...it used to take my boys all day to build and really kept them occupied, then a couple of days with it all set up before they'd be onto something else..its definitely part of the discontinued range that shows on the website i linked. Have fun building! ;-)
