Who's Been To Benidorm? What To Do There?

I'm going with my wife and kids, Staying at Flamingo Oasis hotel

Just wondering where are the places to visit?

What things we should do while were there?

Things for the kids to do?

Clubs and places to avoid?

How does Benidorm compare to Salou?

I went to Salou last year and we all loved it.

Thank you

beindorm you cannot go wrong if you are in flamingo oasis I take it you are all inculsive so you will not really need to leave the hotel as I have heard they have a good entertainment program. Although there is loads to do outside of the hotel try Don Panchos usually have good show on their for kids

aint the whole point of a holiday to visit the country? not just the hotel.

the hotel for me is the most canned experience.

I too like to explore a little, Well as much as I can considering the kids, I chose Flamingo Oasis as it was cheap.

At least if weathers not great or can't go out for what ever reason then we can have a great time in the hotel.

Plus if theirs good entertainment me and the wife can let the kids have fun while we relax.

The hotel for me is a bonus.

All sounds very good to me, Theirs Germans everywhere so I suppose that's nothing new..!!! They seem to do nothing but bake in the sun.

I'll be up early anyway you can guarantee that with a bunch of excited kids..!!!

if you put benidorm flamingo benidorm in "you tube" you may find a clip in their that reflects the rush for the sunbeds quite funny

ahhh benidorm
i was just talking to the wife about going there again as a few years ago we loved it
we stayed in the old town, which was a 15 min walk to the main night life, but we didnt mind.

the night life is excellent, sticky vicky is a must see, there are lots of strippers also, most do come alive about midnight,

ive been to salou aswell which was proberly 5 or so years ago, hmmmm very quiet place, excellent beach, very clean, ideal for a quiet getaway!

benidorm is sooo much different, loads going on, every pub/club has something happening there
its a place the whole family can enjoy, kids, mom and dad and nan and grandad
im hoping to get a late deal this august :)

Did you go Cap Solou or the main stretch? I thought it was quite lively in Salou, We visited Cap Solou and it was very quite there and wasn't much happening.

Well it seems Benidorm is liked better than Solou and we enjoyed Solou, I'm sure we'll have a fantastic time in Benidorm then.

I've read somewhere about Sticky Vicky, She shoots ping pong balls from her *censored* doesn't she?. Not sure the kids would like that sort of entertainment..!!!

it might of been Cap Salou as it was very quiet
yep she can even take the cap of a bottle of bud with her, cough, private parts!!!!
and how does she make that lightbulb light up!!!!!

when i saw her there was kids in the crowd, ( all ages )
i wouldnt be happy going there to see her do that in front of my son and hes 16,
and the other strippers do a lesbo act, but that was at 3am
anything up to midnight with the kids is fine,

im sure you will have a great time

You are in the new town but there is a bus service that runs through from where you are staying to the old town, every 20 Min's I think but plenty of cabs. From the map you are about 15 min`s walk to the beach. The cabaret bars really only start around 10 PM but depending on the kids ages I don`t think they would suit there is a amusement park Mundomar Park and plenty of day trips to Altea etc. this will give you all the information you need http://www.alicante-spain.com/benidorm.html
