Ask them if the offer an 8 megabytes per second broadband service. They'll say yes, ask them if they mean megabytes or rather megabits. They'll try to convince you that there's absolutely no difference, as one advisor told me, it's just the way you say it, like you can pronounce words differently.
They'll try to tell you that everything they advertise is in megabytes.

It just really annoyed me that they tried to convince me that their service was 8 times faster that everyone else's. One advisor agreed with me that they are offering 64 megabits per second. It turns out that everyone in the call centre quotes speeds 8 times faster than they actually are. When I point this out to them they hang up on me.
