Yesterday i was playing football and what ever way i blocked the ball i hurt the lower left area of my back and its still sore.

Then the whole of today i've had pins and needles down my right arm and especially from my elbow.

Anyone any ideas whats up with it?

I play football at work with the doctors and consultants and whenever there is an accident or some such they are the first to run away, they fear being sued from outside of work diagnosis and help, that sucks.

i get that but how?

you cant. Have to go have physio or chiropractor or something. Will probably take a while to fix itself if it does. Try gently swinging your arms around but gently just in case it's not a trapped nerve and you've broken your spine or something lol

i can walk fine so i think that rules out the broken spine
