its driving me batty now

1. wear ear plugs and go to sleep.
2. turn on the batman spotlight and shine them out of the sky.

jokes aside, we get them all the time here in hackney (yup). the helicopters would be shining their torches over the marshes (good hiding place i guess ...) except it gets freezing cold, not sure why anyone would want to hide there.

then yesterday there was a party till the wee hours, then police vans, then people running LOL. then the police again, argh a little siren goes every little while all throughout the night. never mind people have to sleep.

You'd think if it was me they were looking for they'd find me, just put the heat detector on! whoo hoo, get me, S moking (a la jim carrey)

The amount of jobs that OH88 could be doing is vast. A misper, crime prevention, robbery, car theft, anything. Although an hour over a particular area is somewhat long in relation to many of the tasks that ASU's undertake, it seems it is quite a big task.

lol....

bascially they could be doing anything, and for them to be there an hour is somewhat interesting.

OH88 is the police's radio name for the helicopter.

It's damn annoying at this time I know, luckily I don't get it too often =/

suprisingly enough you get used to it, but to such an extent thats its almost routine and any break from the norm, so to speak, sticks out. Hence tonight, God how sad am I :)
#26
Anyway really must sleep now, thanks for keeping me company in my hour of need

As Notts is the murder capital of the East Midlands, I thought the residents would be accustomed to it by now.

It came down about 8 years ago in that guise as the West Yorkshire Police aircraft; now one of SAS's spares at Staverton.
