whsmith cancelled my gears of war order

hey guys, we ordered the GOW2 limited edition from whsmith, and they took the money out the day we ordered, then sent us an email asking us to confirm our card details, so i called them and they said it was all sorted and i asked if we would still recieve the game and they said yes,
then the money was paid back into my account, and on the account status page it said in despatch process,
then they took the money out again! on the the 5th, but when i checked last night it said order status in progress,
alas the game didnt come today, so i called them, and got the right stinking hump with them because someone answered my call twice but wouldnt say anything, so on the 3rd attempt i managed to get through :)
and they said that they hadnt been sent any and so they had to cancel all of the orders, so i went mental at them, and they kept saying that it wasnt their fault, and then told me they are going to give me my money back but its going to take 7-10 working days, so as you can imagine i am not happy
does anyone know if there is a way of speeding up getting my money back from them?
sorry for babbling on aswell, but i am so angry and needed to ask, also has anybody recieved their copy?

i recieved my copy, but it was after a short trip to saisburys this morning.....

no theres nothing you can do, its a bullsh1t trick shops do to cream just a little bit of interest off of holding your money, I once got told by comet it would take 28 days to refund £700 to my card after they sold the TV that was reserved for me, the week before xmas.... I threatened them with trading standards and low and behold I could go down to any store and get it refunded instantly.

it drives me crazy that they can do that!
i wish i lived near a sainsburys, it would really come in handy lol

The plonkers sent me this today .... well peeved off !!!! :x

But they still had it on their site at £49.99 with 1-2 day delivery!!
