okay so i have a account with o2 online i ordered a phone at xmas for my mum and ordered mobile broadband last month, last nite i tried to buy a new mobile for me but it said i had to phone telesales when i phoned i asked what the problem was and he said their policy is only 2 orders per account EVER!! anyone understand this? do they not want to sell their products?? strange very strange

Because most the mobiles are subsidised by the network.

you cannot be talking to the right dept.

agree with lesto123 ..... your probably talking to the wrong people. I Have 2 contracts 2 phones with broadband. Also ordered another 2 phones for mum and sis.

Talk over the phone - give them your acc details and order - i didnt even have to give my payment details again.

I think they have a policy of 2 handsets within 3 months or something like that, with Pay as You go, not sure about Contract that goes by your credit score, CPW normally has something similar as do most places, even play at christmas time they change/enforce their policy of 2 handsets per month, during the rest of the year they dont bother.
