I do Rugby training twice a week occasionally go for 30 mile bike rides I'm 12.5 stone muscular, I go to Rugby and 15-25% of the guys are fitter than me and it does my head in. I've got asthma but it didn't hold me back at school usually coming 1st-3rd in every running event I did.
I have cereal in the morning
Pasta pot and chocolate bar for lunch
then straight into training
I have dinner afterwards which is usually a take away as it's gone 930pm when I get home.
When I'm not doing Rugby it's good food
I don't think I eat enough but I'm hardly ever hungry, when I do eat I feel full after a few bites. Its a continuous battle to gain ANY weight which is what I want to do, everyone has always mentioned how skinny I am (was) done my head in.
I'm 26 still think I'm 18 but didn't think I would start to feel this old so quickly.
