Why can't you leave negative feedback for buyers on ebay

I don't understand it. A buyer can consistently not pay or leave negative feedback for competitors and nobody will know. Why did they remove it ?

Because too many sellers were abusing the system leaving and leaving a neg in retaliation, scaring off buyers with real problems from leaving good fb.

FB is a total joke now, realy buyers who deserve it can't get it, but sellers who really deserve it, tend to get it removed if they sell enough to mantain good stats.

No, they will make money anywhere they can, they own Paypal and Skype I believe.;-)

I thought skype was quite good and although paypal has evil fees I do use it as a buyer and as gift funds.
