Why do Avent bottles leak when first shaked?

Is there anyone out there that has this problem?

Once I've poured the water then milk in, I then go to shake the bottle for 10 seconds. The first few shakes on some of the bottles always ends up in some milk dribbling out of the bottom of the screw bit.

Is there any way of preventing this at all? I wrap them up in a dish cloth now then shake lol

Have the same problem with the tommee tippee ctn ones, and I know the Dr Brown ones do this too sometimes, Tommee Tippee said the water is prob too hot, but I always leave the kettle 15-20 mins after boiling before making the bottle up, and you are not supposed to leave it much longer than this anyway, so I'm confused lol:|
