Very true but given 3 mods have dealt with me, whats the deal?
Some aspect I would accept however I wouldnt agree to be the 100% case, id go with usual suspect vs unusual suspect.

Some of you already have live infractions on your account, meaning if you break the rules then you'll automatically be suspended.
Others don't, so warnings are issued. If they're ignored, you may be suspended.
So, it depends on how far you crossed the line (for example, are you trying to banter with friends or are you being threatening) what you've done in the past. That sort of thing.

That link has not been labelled "Contact Us" for months!

Ok broken down then JB it was having a laugh and seriously I need to get on with work but just cant be bothered hence the laughable suspend me and breaking of rules openly (but really feel free, would do me a fuqing favour tbh),
Churchill however swore but as banter back at me and I feel he wasnt meant to do such hence why the ban, you say favouritsm and past merits we know how churchill is however shouldnt everyone be treated the same on a case by case not a past history ?

Please don't go down to the level of swear filter avoidance. I keep telling people i'm hard as Nailez and it won't have the same affect if you are suspended :(

Not really as past history includes warnings , previous bans etc. If you keep offending the punishment gets worse. If you make a mistake fair enough but once you have been told what you have done is not acceptable and carry on then that is worse.
that's life isn't it?
The most amusing aspect though is the fact that some people feel that they have some kind of rights, especially when what they are on is a free site.
When the site is somebody else's and it's free you have no real rights, so don't complain.
