why does the new skin keep loading every few weeks?

  The cookie times out but also if we change some parts of the code it expires the cookie I think. I guess one way to make sure it's always setting would be to use the old skin link as your bookmark.

  Op copy and paste this link,,,,,,,, keep it on your desktop, or a diffrent location and when the new skin loads up no more "searching" just paste the link in to notepad and save.

  Is there any way of using the second skin that was used? Hating the way the comments etc are set out on this new skin.

  We aren't going to out a link in profiles as the old skin will eventually disappear also. If you want to have the site display anyway you want permanently I'd recommend using grease monkey or similar browser extensions or build your own front end using the hukd API.

  Had to search for this on google as my old skin timed out too. Fed up having to do this, but I hate the new skin so I don't have a choice.

  The "new skin" will return every seven days for everybody (without intervention); with, or without, saving as a "favo[u]rite"/"bookmark".
