I'm not a member of Quidco but I've often wondered, if you did'nt use it at all for a year would they still charge you £5?
#4
Screen shot?!

When did you join quidco? I'm guessing £1.16 is probably a partial fee?
#5
Have you tried contacting Quidco about it?

In the T&C it states if you don't earn any money from/through Quido they will not apply that years admin fee.

Quite. They would presumably be the best people to give you an answer :) Perhaps then you can return here and let us know too, now that you've brought it up...

Looks like you've been charged for just under 15 months then, from the time you joined until now. (15 months = £6.25)
#11
I still think it's a partial fee as the admin fee is taken from your earnings and you haven't earnt enough to cover this years fee completely?!?! Contact them, like NS said!

Maybe the extra £1.16 is for all the hassle you've caused them? 1p per silly question..? :p

Quidco Q & A:

Why is only a partial admin fee showing in my account?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you see a deduction in your earnings of less than £5 marked as 'admin fee', it means you have not yet earned enough to cover the full £5 amount in the current year of your membership.

The fee in your account should reflect all 'received' amounts on transactions placed since your joining date. Transactions that have not yet been marked 'tracked' or 'validated' won't be counted towards the admin fee until they are marked 'received'.

Its jsut last year it just came up £5 and i thought it seemed strange with £6.16 but if its a partial fee thats ok

I know. You'd probably have a second home by this point NS, so generous are you with your time. I'd be breaking even if they took 1p away for every unhelpful answer I gave...

The OP owes you 1p at least for that! ;-) Let that be a lesson to you lazy OP!

You say you joined in March 2007, therefore Quidco take the first £5 you earn (from your earnings in March/April 2007). Then in March 2008, Quidco attempted to take as much of the £5 as it could, (£1.16). That means they’ll be due to take another £3.84 from April 2008 when it moves to received.

By the way, that is a LOT of declined transactions (and I thought I had a lot)!

Hi, Dan - my admin fees are £10.00, and i joined nov 2006, so think that's right as it's £5 annually - so am thinking yours is for 1 and a bit years, if that makes sense! hope that helps, becci x

No, they only take £5 from you after you have earned £5. If you haven't earned £5, they take as much as of it they can. On the anniversary of you joining, it resets.

If you only earned £2.50 in your first year, Quidco would take £2.50 from you. If you then earned £100 in your second year, Quidco would only take £5 from you.

Hope that makes sense?

Some of that could be before the join date - e.g. they joined on the 15th of march, and payments are from the 10th of march
