Finally about a week ago I signed up to Quidco - I've seen articles about it for years I would guess but never done anything further - TBH It sounded like a lot of hassle. Yesterday I completed my first purchase with Play.com for £37 and earnt £1.52! Browsing the site today I now realise that my £200 break to barcelona last week through Expedia would have earnt and so would my flights later on in the year! GUTTED!!! What a prat!!!!! - I love a bargain and really should have signed up earlier! Cant believe I didnt look at it before.

Same here, it all seemed a bit of a hassle. But since I have signed up I've earned over £100 from Dell deals etc :)

I don't know why you think it's any hassle. It's no hassle at all. It only means clicking through quidco before any purchase, and they do all the hard work for you and just hand you the money!! Easy peesy!
#3
I know that now but thats what I thought BEFORE joining and seeing how easy it was!!! A revelation!

can anyone help?

i applied for a cahoot savings account through quidco,3 days ago, but its not showing on my earnings in quidco at all, now the tracking speed says 1-30 days average 5, does this mean it still could show?
#6
I took about 2 weeks to sign up, because I heard about it on this site and didnt have a clue what it was. Then I actually took the time to learn and signed up, I am already up to £34 and am pleased with that. I wish I had joined before christmas though!

Yes,it could still show, but if it doesnt, submit a quidco enquiry at the earliest opportunity that quidco allows (Usually about 14 days after the transaction).HTH

Awwww :-( not good. Do you have another email addy you could use? Dont get any messages from there anyway, so could use a spam addy. Well worth trying again

You dont have to spend to earn, theres the free daily searches

The days before i joined quidco, i thought it was too difficult to understand

Ive recevied £67.99 in money so far, and have over another £60 to come, its no bother at all, i also wish id done it sooner..

I did a couple of searches today through kelkoo and the one that was pricerunner - cant remember what its called now - kelkoo says 10p and i think it was the same for the other one. is it really as simple as doing a search and clicking though it to get the payment??? Im far to cynical to believe all this i think LOL
#14
Yeap, theres a few, i can only get HSW, Carsource and Kelkoo to track through, Dealtime never tracked anywhere i tried.

Use kelkoo to get 10p a day by just doing a search, there is also a couple of places that give you money for registering, such as the national lottery. Photobox give you 60p for registering and getting your free photos, inkclub.com give you £9 for registering and your first order (even the free ink cartridge which you just pay £2.99 postage on - meaning you get paid £6.01 to take the ink cartridge!)

Go to Quidco, log on,type in the search for the retailer you wish to purchase from, when (and if) the chosen retailer comes up,click on the retailer to go the retailers site to purchase and this visit should then be credited to quidco who will be paid a referral fee which is eventually passed on to you after they have taken the annual £5 admin fee.HTH.
There is a very good thread on quidco posted by dinostevus.I will try to locate it for you.
:)
Edit:Can't find it......anybody......

theres no hassle honest, and if you dont use it then theres no chrge ect, ive clocked up £19, and only paid out £1!

worth it honest :)

i just opened a savings account (free) and im waiting for £25 to be tracked :)

money for nothing! >> i can put it in my new savings account!!

I signed up in October, and have over £200 in there now, most of it tracking fine.

Money for nothing in my eyes.

A quick question for all you Quidco experts - how / what is the best way to get the money paid out then?
#28
I have my quidco set up to pay into my paypal account. I only signed up just before christmas and have £6.27 paid to me so far with 30 due next payment.

I didn't realise you got paid just for searching so off to do that now. If there are any other sites that you can do searches through that are not listed I would be grateful if you could let me know.

I too have only just discovered quidco and am mad when i think about all the stuff i have bought over the net, especially recently over Christmas. Anyway i am gonny make up for it cos our 2 car insurances are due on 1st march as well as house insurances buildings and contents.. LLoyds TSB are paying £120 for each new policy so if i take them all through them (and they are actually competitive quotes) then that will be £480 for something I was going to get anyway.

Bacs is cheapest, 5p per payment (each month, not each amount of money you get)

No but I have already done most of them, so would take a while to find them all again :)

2 tips though - inkclub.com gives new customers £9 (although it says £8 on the page, tracks at £9) and you can order a free ink cartridge - paying £2.99 postage. This means they pay you £6.01 to take the cartridge!

Also http://www.quidco.com/blog/?p=58 has 90 free photos and £4.10 quidco
#37
yeah ive done those :)
