just do what all the other kids do......smash up the loal park, take some drugs, beat up an innocent person, rob the local corner shop, pick on the disabled person living in the house at the end of the street, get drunk in a public place and verbally abuse all the adults in the area, go shoplifting, abuse your parents or if all else fails go get pregnant and see if the council will give ya a free house with lots of money and no responsibility....
shucks nothing to do.......these kids now a days....HeHe!!!!

go down to an old folks home and listen to their stories of living during a world war as a youngster then you will see how lucky you are

when i was younger i visited my grans old neighbour in an old folks home(she had no close family in scotland and it was near my school), it really is quite rewarding and you cheer up the people you go to visit

:? i thought the op was asking for ideas on how to fill their time, didn't realise my posts were being scrutinised as well.

no, i think some people just thought you were being rude.

no need to banter people :)

That's what happens when you make the decision to be the forum grammar police. You have to be whiter than white otherwise you just get it thrown back at you. I didn't think the original post was that bad to really pick up on, I've seen far worse.

when I was a nipper, come rain or shine, we'd go out in the morning with a packed lunch, jam sarnies & a packet of biscuits, bottle of orange squash. By the time we got to eat the sarnies, they had warmed up in the sun & the squash was luke warm !

we had plenty of open green fields & woods & spent many a good day playing in them, building camps, fires etc :whistling: but sadly you can't seem to do that anymore ! ok I'm a bit "mature" for that now, but when we go out with the kids, I end up climbing trees or making bow & arrows :-D
