Get fit with Mel B is getting decent reviews amongst those in the know. Wii still the best platform for fitness games though and the cheapest, should have stuck with that if fitness is your thing.

I traded in my Wii Fit + board for Your Shape Fitness Evolved and I'm very happy with it.
It's in a different league to Wii Fit, which is very limited in the exercises you can do.

Wii fit is widely regarded as one of the poorer fitness offerings for the Wii.

Jim Ember's Ship-Shape Up: No Excuses.

I heard wields brilliant results.

They're all just glorified workout DVDs after all is said and done. They have the added bonus of keeping a record of your workouts for motivation but they tend to last as long as the dvds do in terms of user commitment.

Is there one that tracks what your whole body is doing rather than just the Wiimote or where your feet are on the balance board?

Only the Kinect can really track whole body movements.

I've seen an advert for fitness stuff using the kinect but can't remember the details, I'll have a google around to see what I can find.

Edit:
This is the one i've seen an advert for.
