Wil there be another general election next year?

Unsurprisingly its all going balls up for the coalition government.

Will there be chance of another election next year?

I reckon they wil sadly continue to cling on by the skin of their teeth as if there was another election the libs would be finished and the tories would do significantly worse than earlier in the year.

Opinions?

I thought you were all for the condem gov whatever it is they do...no?

I thought the first thing cameron did was to make the term 5 years unless there was a 51-49 majorty vote for an early election...

I'm not sure even the lib dems want an election, because as you point out, it would be a horror show for them.

Labour have a lame duck leader, and conservatives, midway through an epic round of cuts wouldn't fair too well either.

Can't see there being any clear winner anyway. Just a waste of time and money.

Think they're doing as good as can be expected for a col gov. They have had to make some tough decisions. Agreed that LD would be dead but if an election was called I can't see Lab doing very well for as long as Ed is in charge - he's not a leader.

Not the right time to get them out, Labour are all over the place still and a lame duck is a flattering comment. Retards of the country still don't learn from the last time the conservatives lined there 'posh pockets'. Feed the rich starve the poor, to be fair there has been some positives that needed to be ironed out like some of the benefits but as usual they have ignored what they promised and hit certain classes where it hurts.

This may be a silly question but has any Liberal Democrat policy(ies) been implemented?

Yes, they were left a right economic mess to sort out. Which they're doing.

Will there be chance of another election next year?

Nope. As messy as the Coalition is, it can't hold a candle to the shambolic state of the current Labour party.

I think a Labour/Tory coalition is the best option. They each make policies and then pass them onto an independent panel who decide which one is in the general population's best interest. Get the best of both worlds then and ideally none of the bad bits.

no.

If a few lib dems saying privately that they don't like george osbourne is the coalition going balls up in the early days of a new govt, then I'd love to know how labour got away with having to repay a £1million "donation" in theirs.
