Will Paypal offer protection for voucher purchase from Ebay?

Looking to buy a fridge freezer and the one I have decided on is £45 cheaper on Amazon then from currys.

I am looking to save even more by buying a number of vouchers up to the purchase price from Ebay.

My question is will paypal protect me in the case of non receipt of gift vouchers/e-vouchers?

If Anyone has experience of the above situation please comment.

Thanks

Thanks

Should they be, I was looking for a quick answer rather then go through pages and pages looking for the answer to my question.

Thanks for the uncertain answer and the sarcastic question

No they don't protect you, But I was scammed on Ebay with a voucher, Called paypal directly and they opened a dispute for me, Got my full amount back. I think I was probably just lucky, But it has put me off buying vouchers off there again.

Yup see thats why I wanted a definate answer. I'm looking to save a bit more but for the sake of saving a few quid I could lose hundreds and its not worth the risk or headache chasing things up.

Thanks

I would not buy any vouchers off ebay again. The person who sold me got (321 )100 % positive feedback still scammed me . This is the item http://****.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110666273146&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT. I have email ebay and they just dont want to know. Best to stay away.

No,and further more why would you want to?
Vouchers on ebay go for pretty much retail in most cases.
