Wind-up Speakers - Do they exist?

I'm going to Leeds this year and I was wondering if there is any such thing as wind-up speakers or something similar that can output sound without the use of batteries.
A wind-up radio with a line-in jack perhaps?
For use with an ipod.

Thanks for any info.
