What graphics card do you have?

have you tried starting in safe mode - F8 when PC boots then once you're in Windows you should be able to change the driver, try the generic VGA one to get you started

Shouldnt be a problem with that card and its drivers.

Could be a different problem you are having.

Had a look on the support page and noticed.

# We recommend updating the Following 5 Graphics Cards to the new BIOS that is available next to your registered product for download PV-T95G-UDFX - PV-T95G-UDDX - PV-T95G-UDSX - PV-T95G-UHF - PV-T95G-USFSX.

Done this ^

# GeForce Release Notes for Vista (190.62) support files for product PV-T95G-UDS3 have recently been updated. (Friday, August 21, 2009)

Havn't tried this yet. Downloading new graphics driver now. Dont recon it will work though.

I have a Flipstart UMPC ( 512 ram) .Now I know this may be cutting it fine but these machines were also sold with Vista using the same RAM config so I reckon I can install Windows 7 too.
How do I go about installing Win 7 safely .
No built-in DVD drive on this baby..only option is via USB stick
Nervous about installing from a USB stick & coming unstuck halfway there with no recovery possible
Any advice welcome
Thanks
Tony
