Windows 7, Selling??

Hello

I ordered windows 7 a long time ago from two different places.

Currys and Tesco I think, well before launch. For about £44 - Quidco.

I have used one on my netbook, but was going to sell the other on ebay.

I see they retail at £95/99, and they go on ebay sealed for about £80, but upon looking I see some sellers sell links and the code for £15????

How can they do that?? Windows 7 is not £15.
Is it a keygen and will it expire when MS get round to a decent genuine validation check???

Also, last question, I have a larger Acer Laptop with Vista Premium on. I have just gone through the Win7 free upgrade link on the acer site with the serial number and that, and for £13.76 they are sending me Windows 7 Premium Upgrade 32 bit....

Can I just install win 7 from my Full version CD's and enter the code that comes from ACER, or are these manufacturer free win7 upgrades reliant on VISTA already being on the laptop???

Thanks in advance... x

Maybe* see below and No to the next part

Just use the upgrade to do a custom full install

They keys are most likely from MSDN (google if you don't know what it is)

The £15 license will probably be a 'corporate license'. i.e. the license is only valid when used by large company for a PC used by an employee.

It will most likely have a fixed expiry date, after which certain functions such as Windows Update no longer work.
