I have just revived a friends old laptop. It is low spec and he does not want to upgrade it in any way. It had Windows 98 on it, but now has Windows 98SE. This means that the updates are several years out of date. Is there a way to get all the updates at once so that I can burn them to a CD before installing them on the laptop? I am supposing it will take quite a few hours to download them from Microsoft on my friend's dialup. I am on Broadband, hence the question.

I agree :-D but there are still dinosaurs out there. Actually he has a XP laptop, but wants his kids to use it. It wont be used for the Internet, just to help them get to grips with a computer with having it destroyed by the kids.
