I'm not a great fan of any of them this year . I hate the waitrose robin and I hate the sainsbury s . Don't think John Lewis is as good as previous years and aldi's carrot gets on my nerves . I hate every perfume ad ever produced as a point of principle and anything with cutsie kiddies makes me want to vomit . Actually I don't really like adverts . Most of all , and I accept this may be controversial , I hate the charity ones that proliferate this time of year . I give to charity on a regular basis and support my local food bank with regular donations but am made to feel that all the orphans in Syria are going to freeze this winter and all the children in Africa will go blind because I haven't chosen them to give £3 a month to . It's overkill . Sorry if that offends anyone .

I quite liked Aldi... and as cheesy as it was, I think Sainsbury's had a real Christmassy feel about it.

Should win last place because their furniture won't last.

John Lewis but mostly for that video that went viral of someone's boxer watching the ad and jumping up and down as the dog bounced on the trampoline

I do like the John Lewis one but that's because there's a dog in it :) Anything like that always makes me cry!

Sainsbury's is pretty cool as is Aldi :)

Like the British Airways one too :)

Don't like the m&s one at all! Snooty little brat X)

Possibly the best Christmas ad ever. No gloss and glitter. No commercialisation. No crap z list celebs (Tesco want shooting for their current advertising duo).
Just a simple message of goodwill, friendship and tolerance. (It goes without saying that these messages would not be applicable to the annoying pair of plonkers on the Tesco ads!) :)

But how much of your £3 a month would go anywhere near the poor sod they're after your money for?

Alas I feel I may be right . No issue with salvation army etc advising us to be nice at Christmas to those who need it but every other advert is a request for money . A few years ago a very close family died suddenly of a heart attack . I couldn't get time off to go to the funeral so I decided to donate the money I would've spent getting there to British heart foundation . What a mistake . Constant phone calls to donate more and more . Everybody wants to think that they can make a difference and little Johnny will have his first ever present thanks to your £3 but it ends up as emotional blackmail by paid fundraisers .

In response to the guilt inducing charity ads. I like the new one showing kids excelling at a variety of hobbies.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/archives/news/32184/alzheimers-42m-blown-on-staff/

10yrs ago they provided care services and support and only took in about £19m now it looks like all the money goes on admin and running the charity, its even worse in other charities
