You have to give context, was that waiting in the queue as well?

30 seconds for a 99p doner wrap.

Confused - why would you start timing at the beginning unless you knew it was going to be bad service? 14mins 22secs is pretty precise.

went to a chinese take away the other week in Brum, usually they are very quick with their food and i sometimes wonder if it is cooked lol.

But, i was in there for 55 minutes for a one person order. I questioned where my order was after about 30 mins and they said 'we are wevy busy'.... again i asked after 40 mins. They then found my order under the counter and it had never reached the chefs. After 50 mins they came out with mine as i was the only person left in the shop... but they got the order wrong. So after 55 mins i finally got what i ordered which only took them 5 mins to do.

I suppose they have 1 less customer to worry about now.

They all pre-cook their food. It takes like 2 mins in the Wok for the reheat.

timed it from the reciept which was at the first window (yep - drivethrough) and noted time when we finally got the fries. We only went as the kids thought it was a good ironic joke :)

Ok - definitely on for the award at the moment.
