Going to South East Asia tomorrow....I have a worldwide plug adaptor. Was just wondering if it was possible to use an English extension lead on it? Also, will it be okay to charge my laptop out there or will it be fried?

Thanks

Yes should be fine, just check you lappy's power adapter that it excepts 110v and 220-240v.

As for the extension lead yes as long as the items excepts the voltage you should be fine. I wouldn't use multiple high usage items at once though to be on safe side. i.e Kettle and hairdryer.

Some computer shops sell very small surge protectors, that go in between the mains lead and the power supply. Might be worth investing in one of those.
