almost £400 ??? E4300? Maaaaaassively overpriced .
You can probably deduct VAT at any shop you will be buying from so it is not relevant info.

What do you need the computer for?
#2
if you are planning on playing games or editing graphics, which i guess you are, then you will need a decent dedicated graphics card
#3
The computer is worth approx.£220, maybe 250 if new

My proposition :
DELL Inspiron 530 with Pentium Dual Core E2180 (quiet fan, good CPU, very overclockable in case of need),
upgrade to bigger hard disk - 320GB (+£10)

-so... for £329 you have base with 19' widescreen monitor, keyboard, optical mouse, system,DVDRW etc. (delivery and VAT included)

You will need graphic card, better PSU and more ram.

Graphic card Nvidia 7900GS 256MB DDR3 PCI-E £39.99
OCZ StealthXtream 500W PSU £34.77
Kingston 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Memory CL5 £29
Free delivery from ebuyer (super saver )

I do not know how much video editing you do, however if you spend plenty of time on it I would advise you to go for a second hard disk instead of the upgrade (One used to read ,second to write - more comfortable work)
Replacement/upgrade of the components above is very easy, even if you have never done it before.
