Would you leave negative for this?

I won an auction on Saturday, so expect the item to be posted on Monday morning. The seller then messaged me on tuesday morning, say she would post the NEXT day. I wasn't really happy so messaged the seller back to ask how it would be sent, 3 days later and she still hasn't replied. Don't know if it'd be harsh to leave neg but she's been really slow to post and hardly any comms.

chill out man, dont leave a neg.

Personally I wouldn't leave any feedback until I've received the item. I have a feeling that you can't leave negative feedback anymore though, could be wrong! How long does it say dispatch will be?
#3
Wait until you get the item, and see their response.

Try and start a claim asap. Don't think you can leave a negative yet.

just wait, could be delayed through no fault of seller, relax and chill out

Dispatch within 2 days. It kind of annoyed me how the seller didn't seem to have an urgency. She messaged me Tuesday morning, and said she'd post the next day. Surely she could have posted that day?

you can leave feedback as early as just after sale

I always send same day (if possible) or next. However, I could never 100% promise that. I don't live next door to a post office and I'd expect a buyer to be patient unless I'm making them wait an unreasonable time.

You bought the item on Saturday, so the earliest they can post is Monday. 2 days later is not a crime, nor is it something to get in a tiz over.

really not worth a neg its still pretty reasonable timing if you need something in a hurry tell the seller or buy from a company with guarentees

Why? does it not occur to you that people have lives, jobs, commitments etc.. Most major internet retailers don't post that quick for gods sake! A neg would be totally unwarranted.
P.S. Post your Ebay username so i can block you.

Surely it's within 2 business days, so Tues, but she let you know was a delay, so what's the problem? Did you pay a postage upgrade or is it 2nd class? If you needed it more urgently than that you should have let the seller know, or maybe bought it on the high street!

i agree that leaving a neg isnt a good idea.. though she has been slow, stuff could have happend. I used to always post the very next day, as my items always finished on an evening..but sometimes life happens that mean you cant, they could be ill...moving or worse etc. I usually only have trouble on a sat, if items finished on a friday.. as I dont live near a P/O and they obviously shut at 12.30.. but still i try.

Anyway, i hope you get your item soon, remember mail can be slow sometimes.

exactly. goodness sake OP, you are totally overreacting!

I would say that it depends on whether you paid top dollar or peanuts as to how quickly you should expect it posted. I certainly wouldn't rush to the PO to post something that sold for 99p, but I would go outta my way to post quickly if the item reached an acceptable selling price.
