www.premierman.com; anyone used them?

I've stumbled upon http://www.premierman.com while looking for cheap, large, clothes and they seem pretty well priced.

Has anyone had any dealings with them?
Are they any good?

I've seen several things I fancy, but I'm reluctant to put a large order in with them until I know a bit more.

They're safe, they're part of the same group simplybe etc are from. they're just another type of catalogue.

I have been trying to contact you by phone, only to be cut off at the point of speaking to an advisor.Having spent far too long on that call with the high cost, is not a very good start to customer relationsWhat is really aggravating however is trying to resolve a problem which should never arisen in the first place.I never ever use credit account in paying bills, especially not one of just over £20,-- it would be just ludicrous to do so.When i ordered my items I did so giving my card details to pay it fully. I did not in any way indicate wanting a Credit Account. nor would I ever. I am to say the least furious that a simple purchase could cause so many problems, and misunderstanding, together with an additional earlier misusing my card details.If , by some mischance, the payment has not been paid by my bank, then i shall happily do so once I have an assurance that will be an end to the matter.As a retired director of a large food group, I would certainly be taking this dissatisfaction most seriously, knowing the immense efforts and costs of attaining lasting good customer relations, each and every one.I look forward to an early response,Dennis Baker.Customer Number X2102334
