  have you plugged the red and white into the adapter and the adapter into the blue socket?
  And is the power on!?

  Yip the power's on. So when i connect the red and white to adapter and plug into blue socket (audio output)where do I connect the other end (green colour)

  cant remember green and blue (i'm at work atm), one is in, one is out, the out is only needed if you are using more than one rocker

  so do i connect the adapter (with red and white attached) to the video in socket on chair (green socket)?? Where does the other part of this lead go?? Sorry for all the questions, especially since you prob can't remember the setup since your at work.

  no its just one cable. would i have to use my xbox using the leads originally supplied.

  yeah i connectedit up using the original cables and sound works fine. Shame I can't use the hdmi tho. You do notice a drop in picture quality. Thanks for your help ctuk.

  This won't work :x - the you cannot connect hdmi and above cable at the same time as the slots on the xbox are too close together. Thanks anyway :)

  dont know much about the chairs but has your tv got a headphone socket?
  
  if i does try and get a 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack :thumbsup:
  could be used as a short term fix
