Hello :)

I have a very old Xbox kicking about and im thinking about getting a 360. I have a few things i could trade to Cex to cover but which Xbox should i be going for?

They have ones as low as £28 and was kinda confused as to why they're that cheap. I probably wont be using Xbox live, wont be a heavy user on it either but wouldnt mind a harddrive anyway.

Is this one ok? http://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=882224390149

Cheaper at game.

Buy a new one slim instead, at least you get warranty and you could get them before christmas for £130 with a game 4gb model.

The lowest is £70, the £28 you are looking at is what you would get if you sold that item to them. (trade value, £21 cash)

CeX do still give warranty though, but i would much prefer to purchase a new console for cheaper elsewhere

I dont mind getting a preowned one. Just not wanting to spend too much towards it.

Nope but I wouldn't buy a console from cex unless it was catridge based there stuff sucks.

I would sell them and take the money elsewhere.

Or sell them somewhere else, Cex prices are crap.

Would be better to sell the ipods on here, i dont think game take 2nd hand ipods but ive seen preowned ipods in gamestation which is owned by game. They normally have better deals as well.

If you do intend listing here I would recommend you lock the thread and wait 7 days. :{

Cex are ok if you use them properly, just take things in that have a good trade in price & when buying something just ask to check it over.
Got a wii from them for £80 near new & just traded in a load of old dvd's & rubbish I couldnt really sell for much for it.
If you want a 360 look out for a good condition jasper model & just trade in things with a better trade in price than what you can sell them for.
They give quite good trade in prices for ipods as well & remember they still offer a one year warranty on used items so you should be ok.

If you after a Jasper model your not going to have much luck with Cex, it doesn't over heat and suffer from RROD.

Ahh okay cool :)

I wouldn't deal with Cex online, if you cant get to a store I'd leave it tbh.
I picked up a jasper model for someone not long ago but you have to go instore so you can check condition or you could end up with anything.
