My Xbox 360 just died. 1 ROD and error code E74 on screen.
The lovely helpful chap at Xbox Support has arranged for it to be picked up and fixed free of charge (and I should blummin well think so too what with it being less than a year old!) - He said 3-5 dyas for a pick up by UPS and then 2-3 weeks for repaid. From people's experience on here are these timescales likely to be accurate or was he being pessimistic? Don't know if I can manage 4 weeks without HD-DVD and mindless games.
