Does anybody have any rough esimates of how much download usage an XBOX 360 will use when it is used pretty much 24/7 online to play games?

Would a 10 GB usage limit on a BB package be enough do you think or should i go for the unlimited?

UNLIMITED!!!! But be careful - they have fair usage policies! I am with Tiscali - and if I use it too much they turn me off for anything from a few hours to 24 hours!!!
It's downloading demos and movies that kills the GB usage!

Yes.

You would be suprised on the xbox usage, online it does not use that much at all.

Downloading demos, videos on it and that will eat it up.

No problems with 10GB a month.

In fairness - I did check my usage and before downloading demos my usage was 5-8gb on average. Don't choose Tiscali though - its rubbish for Lagging and dropouts!

1) 25mb/hour for online gaming,
2) 140 hours of gaming a month (35 a week) would consume just over 6gb of bandwidth. (Works out to 43mb/hour i think)

I'm on PlusNet and it clearly tells you how much bandwidth you use and even what kind of use (P2P, gaming, downloads etc). In my experience, Xbox 360 gaming uses up to 50mb / hour on average, just playing COD4.

I have mates who'll use 10GB in a day, never mind a month. I'd go for the unlimited option if I were you. 10GB would seriously restrict your use of youtube, catch-up TV, music / film downloads etc.

30 mins of the iPlayer uses as much as 300mb.
