Right first post do apologies if its in the wrong section. Didn't want to put it into deals as "hands up" not used them before.

Basically its a company that will fix your xbox 360 if you are having problems and you have a 360 which does not have a proof of purchase or preowned one (like mine) where the previous owner has already registered it and Microsoft don't want to know.

Like I said I have not used them but have been told that they are reliable.

Does anyone have any experience of these guys?
Will be sending my 360 to them around the start of August when my paycheck comes in so will update when I get it back.

i would have thought you could send it back to microsoft as the machine is not 3 years old and it now has a 3 year warranty. it also has a made by date sticker on it.

phone them and ask

unless of course you have opened you xbox 360 to mod it?

He has a secondhand xbox 360 which has already been registered to Microsoft and therefore Microsoft won't allow him to use their breakdown service. I also believe their warranties are non-transerable. I too had to register mine when it died on me.

I would be very interested to know how good a job they have done. Or for that matter if anyone else has used them before.
