but................

how do I know what version of Microsoft Word I am using?

I am applying for a job I desperately want and as such want to email my application but the form specifically states :-

(PLEASE ENSURE ALL EMAILED APPLICATIONS ARE IN MICROSOFT WORD 2003 VERSION OR EARLIER)

Where do I find this info as I want my application in today

When you open Word it should say it? As box appears? If its 2007 then go to Save>Save As Compatible Mode.
